Splash Started in 2002

SPLASH represents the following schools:

Chariton Community School District

Russell School District

We currently have 10 members

The "SPLASH" officers talk to the entire 7th grade student body and request applications from those that are interested in participating. The members of the all read the applications an by paper ballot select one from Chariton and Russell.
